Our SteaksSince our founding in 1948, Annie's Paramount Steakhouse has always committed to serving high-quality steaks and premium ingredients. The original butcher kitchen stands adjacent to where Annie's is now currently located. Each steak was hand-cut, a skill George Katinas passed on to his son, Paul Katinas, the current VP of Operations.
Continuing with the tradition of quality, Annie's sources its' beef from a small group of family-owned ranches, to ensure that our beef are safe and healthy. It is the first Premium Natural Beef, achieving a higher level of tenderness, and consistently delivering extra-ordinary taste.
